Summary
Do-ki has spent 10 years as an officer for ROK Special Forces. When his mother is murdered by a serial killer, he is racked with guilt for being unable to protect the most important person in his life. Then one day, he meets Jang Seong-cheol, CEO of the Bluebird Foundation. The organization helps victims of crime, and Do-ki receives an offer to work as a taxi driver.
However, Jang’s company isn’t an ordinary taxicab company. Rainbow Taxi is a special secretive group that takes revenge for victims who weren’t protected by the law. Do-ki becomes Rainbow Taxi’s “best driver,” and after listening to the stories of his clients who were victimized, he sets up and executes appropriate revenge on their behalf.
But as time passes, conflict arises between the members of Rainbow Taxi over the methods of revenge. In addition, they must fend off public authorities and the tenacious prosecutor, Kang Ha-na, who is in pursuit of discovering their true identities. In a world filled with heinous acts of crime, will Do-ki be able to protect Rainbow Taxi as he tries to bring wrongdoers to justice?
