2010 Selected Illustrators at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair.
In her stories and paintings, author Shin Hyun-Ah depicts precious moments she has spent
with her many dogs and cats over the years. Profound insight and a warm-hearted
attention to detail result in her delicate writing and pictures. Her book is full of sincere
compliments to her four-footed companions.
This book consists of four stories: Here Comes a Cat, Ninth Dimensity World, To Bingo, and Let's Meet at the Space Restaurant.
Here Comes a Cat
In this first of Shin’s four fantastical stories, the narrator finds an injured cat in her
flowerbed on a rainy day and decides to give it food. The next day she discovers that
the cat has become a giant.
Ninth Dimensional World
This story can only be understood by those who have lived with cats. At times, cats
sit with eyes so clear and empty that they appear as if they are dreaming while awake.
Readers can finally discover what happens in the minds of these day-dreamers.
To Bingo
What is it like to love a dog? The story shows how much a person can change when
they meet and fall in love with a dog.
Let’s Meet at the Space Restaurant
The Space Restaurant is the first place a person goes after death. Animals come out to
be reunited with their previous human family members. This is why it is so important
that we remember the location of the Space Restaurant.

Book Factory Dubulu is a publishing house specializing in animal books—specifically, titles on animal welfare, and
animal rights. Its books examine the most ideal relationship between humans and the animals we adore, eat, wear and have fun with throughout our lives. As long as the topic is related to animals, it publishes in all genres, including self-help, science, literature, history, and picture books.
The self-help books provide knowledge and information on a variety of issues related to companion animals, such as ways to be a responsible caregiver who keeps the animals healthy and stays committed until their deaths, as well as disease response, behavior modification training, and pet loss. Other genres discuss animal welfare and the rights of companion animals, abandoned animals, wild animals, zoo animals, laboratory animals, and farm animals; and offer information, knowledge, and practical measures.
Book Factory Dubulu releases each book with the genuine hope that it can improve conditions for living things, no matter how minutely.
