Description
The King is a romantic Korean costume drama during the Chosun Dynasty of two princes, Kang and Hwi. They fall in love with a beautiful, smart, young lady named Jahyeon at the same time. Hwi who is the third son of King Sejong, is known as the greatest artist of the time as well as a good-looking, celebrity prince beloved by everyone in Chosun. Kang, on the other hand, is the second son whose talents have been underestimated because of his younger brother’s outstanding performance. Hwi and Kang were born a year apart and grew up like twins. They both fall in love with Jahyeon at first sight but Jahyeon falls in love with prince Hwi. Kang decides to tear apart the two lovers. In order to have Jahyeon in his hand, he becomes greedy to be the King of Chosun instead of his nephew, Dangjon. Hwi finds out Kang’s secret ambition and try to protect Danjong and his love. The war of prince written in actual history has just begun! Who will be the winner of this war?
