Smilegate’s indie game platform, STOVE Indie, has officially entered the game publishing business, aiming to actively support the growth of promising indie game developers. As part of this initiative, STOVE Indie has unveiled two new publishing titles: "Overimmersion 2: Summer Pub" by Monster Guide and "If Sunset" by Polymorph Studio.
"Overimmersion 2" builds on the success of its predecessor, incorporating a richer storyline and fresh elements to appeal to fans of the FMV genre. Meanwhile, "If Sunset" offers a blend of open-world RPG and survival gameplay, enhanced by cinematic quality and graphics, with both titles set to make a significant impact on the global indie gaming scene.
Smilegate plans to expand its publishing lineup through STOVE Indie, leveraging its expertise to help indie developers succeed on a larger scale. The platform’s publishing efforts are part of a broader strategy to create a sustainable ecosystem where indie game creators can thrive and grow into mid-sized enterprises.
