The global gaming event Gamescom 2024 launched on August 21 in Cologne, Germany, drawing participation from over 1,400 companies representing 64 countries. The event, spanning approximately 230,000 square meters, will run until August 25. Numerous Korean game companies are showcasing their latest titles at this year's event.
Nexon unveiled a demo of "First Berserker: Kazzan," while Kakao Games introduced three new PC and console-based titles from Ocean Drive Studio: "Lost Eidolons: Witch of Hypocrisy," "Section 13," and "God Save Birmingham." Meanwhile, Krafton is offering hands-on experiences with "Dark and Darker Mobile" and "inZOI," alongside its popular title "PUBG." Pearl Abyss, in collaboration with tech giants Samsung and AMD, presented "Crimson Desert," and HiveIM showcased "Dungeon Stalkers" from Action Square's Studio HG.
