The Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) has entered into a strategic agreement with BBC Studios and Southeast Asia's leading OTT platform, Viu. The partnership includes commitments to co-produce high-quality content, expand global distribution networks, and promote a fair and advanced broadcast content ecosystem.
KOCCA Director Jo Hyun-rae emphasized the significance of this alliance in strengthening the global footprint of K-content. Ryan Shiotani from BBC Studios and Lofai Lo from Viu also underscored the partnership's potential to impact the global broadcast industry by delivering a diverse array of compelling K-content to audiences worldwide.
