Chanyeol of EXO has officially launched his solo career with the release of his first mini-album 'Black Out' on August 28. The mini-album features six tracks, including the title track 'Black Out,' 'I'm on your side too,' 'Clover,' and 'Ease Up.' The title track stands out with its pop-rock influence, fast tempo, minimalist acoustic guitar, and lyrical synthesizer melodies, with Chanyeol describing the post-breakup experience as akin to a "blackout."

'Black Out' has garnered significant international success, reaching the number one position on iTunes' 'Top Album' charts in 51 countries, including France, Spain, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Greece. The mini-album also dominated China's QQ Music digital album sales chart within five minutes of its release, earning a 'Double Gold' certification for exceeding 500,000 yuan in sales.

Chanyeol is set to perform 'Black Out' on several music shows, beginning with Mnet's 'M Countdown,' and followed by appearances on KBS 2TV's 'Music Bank' and SBS's 'Inkigayo.'
