Detail

On October 31st, Gravity Game Tech, a subsidiary of the renowned global gaming enterprise Gravity, launched 'The Ragnarok' in Southeast Asia. The 2D MMORPG became available at 10 a.m. Thai time across ten regions including Thailand, Singapore, and Indonesia. Players can now download the mobile version from both Google Play and the Apple App Store, while the PC version is accessible via Google Play Games. The game offers language support in English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Thai, and Indonesian for a diverse audience.
'The Ragnarok' brings back the beloved 2D pixel characters and 3D backgrounds reminiscent of Ragnarok Online, delivering an engaging and nostalgic gaming experience. At launch, the game includes six major job classes extending up to the second job advancement and introduces an enhanced trading system with a marketplace that operates independently of street stalls. The in-game soundtrack, featuring orchestral music from Ragnarok concerts, enriches the overall immersion for players.
To celebrate the game's entry into the market, Gravity Game Tech has arranged a variety of engaging launch events. Players can enjoy thrice-daily push rewards, receive growth materials based on playtime, and earn item rewards upon reaching base levels 20 to 80. Rankings-based prizes for accomplishments such as leveling and MVP kills are available, complemented by quests offering items throughout the first week. Jong Il-tae, Director of Gravity Game Tech, expressed enthusiasm about the game's debut, encouraging players to partake in the launch festivities and look forward to upcoming content updates.
