Summary
Party Planner is a ten-episode human melodrama set in the world of parties and live events. Yoon Jae-min, an eccentric but gifted planner, learns that his father, legendary event producer Tony Yoon, vanished thirty years ago after being framed by a trusted friend. To restore his family’s honor, he forms a small company and enters Korea’s event industry.
His rival, Kevin Lee, is an elite party-school graduate whose success is built on plagiarism and manipulation. Obsessed with Jae-min’s girlfriend, florist Joo Soo-young, Kevin repeatedly sabotages his projects. Their conflict grows from club parties and charity events to concerts and a final bid for a global summit reception.
As old crimes and a shocking family secret emerge, their rivalry becomes a struggle against inherited guilt. Yet the story ultimately chooses forgiveness over revenge. Blending romance, teamwork, family healing, and redemption, Party Planner delivers vivid spectacle and universal emotional appeal.
