And why did they have to disappear, and what is the message that disappearance throws at us? Starting from the Pamir Plateau in the Republic of Tajikistan, we follow the traces of a snow leopard that extends through the Qilian Mountains in China, and the traces of a Korean leopard that extends through Baekdu-daegan to Mt. Jirisan.
