Summary

After his prosecutor father’s disgraceful death brings his family to ruin, Shin I-Rang becomes a lawyer determined to restore his mother’s dignity. But rejected by every major firm, he opens a small, failing office in an old eerie building, only to discover it was once a shaman’s house. That’s when the impossible begins: he starts to see dead people!

Spirits with unresolved grievances seek I-Rang out, asking for one last defense. Taking on their cases, he uncovers truths the legal system could never reach, standing at the boundary between the living and the dead to deliver a different kind of justice.

Meanwhile, Han Na-Hyun, a top-tier attorney at a prestigious law firm, has built her life on one principle: win at all costs. Driven by guilt over her sister’s death, victory is the only way she justifies her existence. But when she crosses paths with I-Rang and becomes entangled in cases involving “invisible clients,” the foundation of everything she believes in begins to crack.

As their worlds collide, the two lawyers are forced to confront cases that defy logic, reason, and the limits of the law.. and redefine what justice truly means.
