Summary
Yoon Gamin, an average high school student, dreams of getting into university through hard work and good grades. However, his academic performance is dismal.
Haunted by his painful memory of being rejected to join a study group in middle school, he’s determined to achieve his unfulfilled dream in high school.
But there's one problem: the school he’s attending is ‘Yoosung Technical High School’, a place ruled by the sons of the Yeonbaek Gang, where even the teachers have given up on this school for its violent, gang-infested atmosphere.
Yet, Gamin refuses to give up on his dream. A huge fan of Bruce Lee and a martial arts prodigy, he won’t let his academic failure define him. So, with the help of his former tutor, Han-gyeong, who is now his temporary homeroom teacher, Gamin succeeds in creating a study group for those who want to study.
However, trouble is brewing. Han-ul Pi, the son of the Yeonbaek Gang boss, and Yeong-hyeon Ji, leader of the Incheon North Alliance, are not pleased with Gamin's group and start sabotaging their efforts. Will Gamin and his study group be able to survive the school’s hostile environment and continue their pursuit of education?
