BeatCorporation sells and operates unmanned robot cafes, with the main product currently being the b;eat 3.0 robot cafe. Orders for drinks, including coffee, can be placed via an app or a kiosk.
The b;eat 3.0 booth is equipped with digital signage and kiosks, allowing media to be broadcasted through the app, creating a revenue stream from advertising sales.
Currently, we are collaborating with idol groups to launch new beverages. While customers order and wait, music videos of the partnered idol groups play on the digital signage, effectively promoting K-pop and other K-content. Additionally, through app orders or receipt QR codes, we offer the sale of K-pop related merchandise online or on-site, providing further content-related sales opportunities.
Moreover, our headquarters developed and operates the I-MAD platform, which has been recognized as an Amazon AWS innovation case. This platform utilizes customer data collected from app orders to offer diverse content tailored to customer preferences.
