Summary

“On my birthday 10 years ago, my first love decided to take his life away.”

However hard Harin tries to look bright and stay positive, beneath her smile lies a deep-rooted wound she cannot easily tell others. 10 years ago, on her 18th birthday, Seo Jun - her friend of 10 years, and also her first love - decided to commit suicide, just when she was about to confess her feelings for him. The painful memory has traumatized her ever since.

Exactly 10 years later, on her 28th birthday, Harin comes across Seo Jun’s film camera that was left at a photo studio, forgotten since his death, and receives 8 photos developed from the film. Looking through the photos, she cannot help but recall her painful memories, so she decides to burn a photo – which takes her back in time to the date the photo was taken.

Realizing that burning a photo can take her back in time to when Seo Jun was still alive, Harin decides to find out about Seo Jun’s death, hoping that she will be able to prevent the tragedy. However, every time she goes back in time, her plans backfire, and she only has 8 chances.
