Summary
Soo-ah, a young blind woman who was in police academy before she lost her sight, experiences a very strange and frightful taxi ride one rainy night. Suspicious of the taxi driver, she reports this to the police, but they ignore her. The next day, the police visit her about a missing college girl. Despite concerns, Soo-ah testifies information that is more reliable than any account from an eye witness. Collaborating with another eye witness, she helps the police in finding the suspect. And now the serial killer is on a hunt to get rid of the witnesses.
