Description
In the peaceful 'Hug Village' of the black forest, there is a rumor that rare species will be disappeared when a big black shadow appears. Pitta met 'what' and 'ever', a desert rain frog who fled to the black forest.
Birdy Friends visits Dr. Doo's seed base to find the big black shadow, where they learn the legend of the Spirit of the Earth (Geomung Olm), the Spirit of the Wind (Whiririk Olm), the Spirit of the Water (Chumbung Olm), and the secret of the Hug Tree.
After repeatedly making mistakes and losing motivation, Kasker received a "Full of Courage Hat" from Dr. Doo and took charge of various tasks in the village, and Woody creates an airship for the busy Kasker.
As the waterways of the black forest disappear and the leaves of the Hug Tree change as the days go by, Birdy Friends realize that the black forest is in danger and join forces together.

Founded in 2016, Asia Holdings Co., Ltd. has developed the character "Birdy Friends (www.birdyfriends.com )" with the motif of five endangered birds living in Jeju Island. In November 2019, an ecological and cultural exhibition hall called "The Planet (www.theplanet.kr )" was opened in Jungmun, Jeju Island that has ‘Birdy Friends Character Exhibition’ and ‘Biodiversity Exhibition’ space. We also operate ‘Birdy Friends Family Lounge’ under the theme of Jeju's nature and culture in the Parnas Hotel in Jeju Island. ‘Birdy Friends’ is a character that is receiving a lot of attention and love from domestic and overseas tourists to the extent that Birdy Friends' exclusive photo zone is installed at Jeju International Airport. Currently, we are producing an animation called "Birdy Friends - Protect the Black Forest" (15 minutes, 26 episodes) scheduled to air on KBS in November this year.
