Mr. Blue is a KOSDAQ-listed company whose key business areas are online platform services, production and distribution of webtoons/manhwas/novels, and game development and services.
Our wuxia (Chinese martial arts) manhwas, which are Mr. Blue’s original IPs as we hold copyrights over them under buyout agreements, dominate the wuxia manhwa market by far in Korea, amounting to some 2,081 individual titles and 58,883 chapters.
We also hold exclusive publishing rights to many webtoons targeting female readership, offered globally including in the United States, China, Japan, and Thailand. In 2024, our webtoon “Roommates” was made into a web drama series.
With the acquisition of a game production house and two web novel providers in 2016 and 2022, respectively, as subsidiaries, Mr. Blue is operating a “one source, multiple use” business model. At the subsidiary level, we have 1,700 web novels targeting the female audience.
