HioWon Seo is an education planner and content producer with over 20 years of experience working in early childhood education, focusing on the integrated growth of language and emotional development in young children.
She views language not merely as a learning tool, but as a core medium through which children form thoughts, emotions, and relationships, and based on this philosophy, she developed the Language Age Growth System.

Her work goes beyond the simple design and development of educational programs.
Over the past two decades, she has worked closely with children, building deep emotional connections and firsthand understanding of their developmental needs.
This experience has shaped her approach to content creation, allowing her to embed essential moments of emotional growth, relationships, and decision-making into her work.
Rather than producing short-term, entertainment-driven content, she focuses on creating stories that remain meaningful and actively shape children’s lives over time.

Drawing on this extensive field-based expertise, she is currently developing Wonderlings, a global kids IP that spans animation, children’s drama, publishing, and language education programs.
Through this work, she aims to present a new content model that supports the simultaneous growth of children’s emotional intelligence and language abilities.
