Roger Royo serves as the President of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ESCCK), where he leads institutional representation and strategic partnerships to strengthen bilateral trade between Spain and South Korea. A PhD graduate from KAIST and a Research Fellow specializing in AI evaluation frameworks, he bridges the gap between academic innovation, institutional governance, and commercial IP licensing. With extensive experience in cross-border business development, Mr. Royo oversees member engagement and ensures ESCCK’s operations align with global Spanish Chamber statutes to foster high-level public-private cooperation.
