In the near future of South Korea, the 106 Training Unit, an extralegal military correctional facility, is established to counter severe juvenile crimes. The children facing the horrifying secrets within this facility, disguised as a military correctional institution, include Kim Eun, Woo Nam-woo, Lee Do-won, and Chae Yong-joo. These four children, bound together in Room 13, either get entangled in or willingly step into these terrifying secrets, ultimately standing against the 106 Training Unit.
