[Architect A]
A operates a small architecture firm on the outskirts of the city. He is a unique architect who builds houses using the memories of his clients, collected materials from their lives. This architectural approach reflects A's sincerity in listening to others and genuinely trying to understand them. He aims to build homes that nurture people's hearts and fulfill their needs, while also striving for architecture that coexists with nature. Seeing the joy of his clients as they admire the completed houses brings A great satisfaction. However, when he returns home after completing his work, he is always enveloped in a deep sense of emptiness.
[Home]
Home is where the history of oneself and family begins, a sanctuary where one can rest a tired body from life's trials and tribulations. Yet, for some, it can also be a hell they wish to leave as soon as possible or a dream they have never experienced before. In "Architect A," the story unfolds through various houses representing the diverse life stories of the clients, the process of A overcoming his own wounds through understanding and comforting others, and a broader narrative about our collective home, the environment.
[Comfort Film]
"Architect A" hopes to become a work akin to the space between the dense routines of the audience's lives. Just as each person's life takes on a different shape, the lives of various clients may appear to the audience as adventures, romantic comedies, or psychological dramas. However, ultimately, it aims to purify the viewers' hearts, providing them with the strength to reflect on the challenging days and embark on tomorrow anew.
