[Synopsis]
With foreign aid blocked due to sanctions against North Korea, North Korea's foreign minister will ask an international NGO for help. NGOs say there is only one way to receive aid: to build two churches in Pyongyang and hold a revival rally in the presence of international organizations.
The Security Department, whose main task was to beat the underground church members, is ordered by the authorities to organize a praise group to be mobilized for the revival rally. Once Liang Gyan was also the best band, but two of the members defected and were demoted, and the Seungri Orchestra ＇, who performed consolation at the local labor site, was put into the important task.
