Summary
'Shin Ahjeong(31/F)', who grew up believing in fate after hearing from an early age that everyone has a destined partner. Tired of her constant talk about marriage, her boyfriend decides to break up with her. Upset, Ah-jeong drinks heavily that night, resenting the god of fate before falling asleep.
The next day, she wakes up to find a stranger lying next to her, 'Yoon Bijoon(29/M)'. Unlike Ah-jeong's panicked state, Bi-joon calmly explains that they were lovers in a past life and have met again in modern times as a joke by the god of fate. Ah-jeong, instead of treating Bi-joon as crazy, considers him a precious connection, while Bi-joon, not wanting to repeat the mistakes of their past lives, coldly distances himself.
After Bi-joon leaves, a series of unfortunate events befall Ah-jeong in succession, perhaps as a consequence of defying fate. Upon learning of this, Bi-joon decides to become Ah-jeong's lucky charm and protect her.
From then on, Ah-jeong begins to see memories from her past life in her dreams, and in front of Ah-jeong, who believes in fate, appears 'Joo Sungwoon(32/M)', claiming to have been her lover in a past life...
