Summary
Tae-lim is a ruthless and prominent lawyer, known for his perfect 100 percent winning record and for being a brilliant jerk. He is up for promotion at the large firm, but suddenly is let go. He doesn’t take it gracefully and makes a scene, vowing revenge by setting up his own firm which will guarantee wins and reap staggering riches. Jae-in is a novice rookie lawyer with a strong sense of justice. In her first case, her client is sentenced to 10 years in prison after being falsely accused of murder. She learns of Tae-lim’s reputation and seeks him out to help her appeal the case. The two clash in style and work ethics, but cooperate to solve cases. As they win cases left and right, they discover links of personal relevance. Jae-in discovers new facts about her father’s mysterious disappearance 12 years ago, and Tae-lim discovers a conspiracy behind his lynching from his previous firm.
