Summary
TheAnd Games is a company started by a group of four friends to develop fun and enjoyable games for all. We wanted to make games that deal with social issues, and as our first project, we developed a game that increases awareness of environmental pollution.
MINIMAL ESCAPE is about a microbe who survived fatal environmental pollution.
In this game, players help the microbe - born after decades or hundreds of years later after the Earth is completely polluted - to solve the puzzles while avoiding contaminated trashes and toxic wastes and escape from the Earth.
At the end of the story, the microbe finally leaves the Earth but ends up coming back after finding out the space is polluted as well.
At the final scene, the microbe sees clean Earth and think it’s purified, but it turns out to be just a photo of once clean Earth.
We TheAnd Games would like to bring up a topic. After hundred years from now, will we see the beautiful Earth only in a picture? Or will the polluted Earth only exist in nightmare stories?
