Currently, Pawbulous is focused on character IP development and licensing business, operating with a structure that encompasses the entire value chain.

1. Character IP Development: The development of character IPs has already been completed, and we hold character IPs such as KKonThat, Figgles, and HH.
2. Licensing Business: We are collaborating with various domestic and international brands for our licensing business, while also developing content production and upcycled product lines.
3. International Expansion: To date, our overseas expansion has been primarily focused on France and the European market, while also actively engaging in other regions such as the United States, Japan, and Thailand.

Key Achievements to Date

1. Export Performance: From 2022 to 2024, we have achieved a total export performance of €13,754.00.
2. Overseas Expansion Capabilities: All our executives have practical backgrounds in content companies (design/marketing/sales) and possess long-term overseas residency experience, enabling them to communicate fluently in English. The CEO speaks English, French, Japanese, and Indonesian, while other executives are proficient in English, Spanish, and French, making them adept at marketing and promoting across diverse language markets.
3. Promotion and Marketing Strategy: We are actively promoting content through digital platforms (such as YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels) and implementing localized marketing strategies to build local fandom and reach global consumers.
