Players step into the shoes of four broken agents—Marvin, Violet, Ghost, and Echo—each burdened with tragic pasts and forced to brave the unstable dimension. Unlike a simple cleanup crew, these agents must wield experimental abilities derived from the very "Bacteria" they hunt, blurring the line between humanity and the anomalies they face.
The game seamlessly blends intense third-person shooter action with deep roguelite mechanics, featuring an "Ascension System" where the nightmare grows infinitely harder with every descent. The Backrooms are not merely a location but a living, hostile entity that constantly rearranges its structure and spawns terrifying entities to trap intruders.
