Beaker & Flask Co., Ltd. connects apparel, accessories, jewellery and beauty through a unified aesthetic vision centred on the person. Established in May 2023, it launched the unisex fashion brand uncharted aesthetic quest (uaq) in October 2024. Founder and Brand Director Ji Young Shon holds an MA in Design Products from the Royal College of Art, with experience in product design, installation art and global marketing. Co-founder Kang Won Shin, a U.S. CPA with a master's degree in design from Yonsei University, leads business development, finance and international sales.
Together, they align design, branding and distribution, incorporating ESG principles through selected recycled materials, versatile products and collaboration with local makers in Korea.
