Summary
Perfect Racer is an upgraded version of Road Fighter, with game screen design developed in collaboration with Graphizics.
It is an immersive content experience linked to the ULTIRACER system, a brain health trainer, and analyzes 30 seconds of riding data to assess cognitive and balance functions.
After its debut at K-EXPO France, it received enthusiastic responses from women, seniors, and children.
Recently, it has been delivered and installed in two public sports facilities in Saitama Prefecture, Japan and is now in active use.
The gameplay is extremely simple and intuitive, making it easy for anyone to use.
The game involves maintaining balance on a real bike for 30 seconds while hitting sapphire targets displayed ahead, with the player’s position shown as a vertical line.
While it appears easy and straightforward at first glance, the actual performance varies depending on the rider's balance and cognitive abilities, which directly affects their final score.
At the end of the 30-second session, the system immediately evaluates the rider and displays a grade: S, A, B, or C.

Real Design Tech Co.,Ltd.
Real Design Tech is a first mover in indoor cycling technology. So it is the first in the world for both development technology and products.
It developed the world's first hardware platform for cycling on two rollers, and launched the world's first real cycling platform system ULTIRACER, which tracks the slope of the bicycle and the left and right positions on the road.
For the first time in the world, it tracks the left and right positions of bicycles moving freely on hardware platforms and synchronizes them in digital twin content, providing customers with a new experience of real cycling that they have never experienced before.
In particular, the immersion and surreal feeling of ULTIRACER's real cycling system has been confirmed through a 20-month clinical trial to improve walking function in seniors aged 65 and older and Parkinson's disease patients due to cognitive and balance regeneration effects, and medically meaningful data extraction is possible, so up to 86% of Parkinson's disease patients can be screened with just 30 seconds of cycling data. For these achievements, we received the Digital Health Innovation Award at CES2024.
The brain health training game Perfect Racer, originally developed as clinical trial software, is now being popularized and has received enthusiastic responses from children, women, and seniors. It is shifting the paradigm of indoor cycling from lower-body-focused cardio exercise to brain health training that enhances cognition and balance. In particular, this brain health training system aims to foster self-reliant seniors who do not require caregiving services. By doing so, it addresses one of the biggest challenges of an aging society—rising social costs—and helps transform seniors into valuable assets to society.
