Summary
Seyoung High School admits only the most gifted students in each field. While graduation guarantees a successful life, it has a brutal competition system where the bottom 1-10 students in annual evaluations must voluntarily withdraw. Lee Su-ha (19, male), a third-year student, entered for his exceptional talent in investigative reporting and intelligence, but now faces potential elimination and desperately needs a scoop.
On evaluation day, zombies suddenly appear in the auditorium full of students and teachers! Su-ha, a perfectionist, rescues only classmates with "talents" necessary for his own survival, leaving others to die. The survivors, top performers in fields like sports and technology, despise Su-ha's selfish escape methods, but follow him as their leader due to his calculated approach to saving them from danger.
However, when In-hoon (19, male), a classmate Su-ha pushed off the roof thinking he was no longer needed, returns leading a zombie horde to surround Su-ha's group, cracks begin to form in Su-ha's "perfect survival plan"...
