Summary
A romantic suspense melodrama in which Oh Yeon-joo, a rookie doctor in the real world, is accidentally pulled into the world of the hit webtoon W. There she meets the protagonist Kang Cheol, and as romance begins to blossom between them, a series of events unfolds.
Surgeon Oh Yeon-joo goes to her father’s studio after hearing news of the disappearance of her father, a famous cartoonist, but is suddenly kidnapped by an unfamiliar blood-covered man. Without understanding what is happening, she ends up saving him just moments before his death. However, she is shocked to realize that the world he lives in is not the real world. As events unfold across both the real world and the virtual world of the webtoon W, unpredictable crises and conflicts arise, delivering constant thrills that never allow the tension to ease.
