ELLE is a full 3D CGI family fantasy animated feature set in a world where water has almost disappeared. The story follows Elle, a girl born without weight, as she sets out on a journey to discover her true value and find the emotional “weight” within herself.
Facing fear, prejudice, and misunderstanding, Elle gradually learns that what others see as a curse may be the very power needed to save the world. With its poetic fantasy setting and universal coming-of-age story, ELLE explores themes of difference, self-discovery, acceptance, and coexistence.
