While not as obvious to the public eye, makeup artists are increasingly recognized in the global entertainment market as the ones who truly bring Korean celebrities to life! Against the ever-growing public interest in Korean makeup artists, coupled with the heightened status of K-beauty, NEWFACE presents a survival audition show to unearth the next generation of new makeup artists to lead the coming era. From aspiring celebrity makeup artists, 100 selected in the preliminary round will be on the program. Judges will include a globally recognized makeup artist, a beauty content creator, and a magazine editor among others to ensure the high quality of the program. During the survival show, contestants will be collaborating with fashion and beauty brands and K-pop celebrities. The winner of NEWFACE will be given an opportunity to launch their new beauty brand. By leveraging K-beauty, we hope to create a buzz among global viewers who have a keen interest in fashion and beauty and develop products based on the show program IP, which we expect will serve as a secondary source of profit.
