boksoondoga
Established in 2010, Bogsoondoga home-brews makgeolli (Korean Rice Wine) using traditional methods, fermented in the traditional Korean earthenware jar, and brewed by using 100% newly harvested Korean rice. Nuruk (Korean traditional yeasts) creates natural carbonation during the fermentation process, providing a rich and mild taste with a refreshing sensation, just like champagne. Unlike other makgeollis, Boksoondoga makgeolli has even more abundance of natural carbonation, to the extent that it requires extra careful steps when opening the bottle.
