Desert Bloom Pictures

Broadcasting
Desert Bloom Pictures is a global content studio with offices in Seoul and Los Angeles, developing and producing premium film and television for international audiences. The company partners with leading Hollywood and global players — including CAA, Plan B Entertainment, Imagine Entertainment, and Thunder Road Films — and currently operates 14+ active co-productions, partnerships, and B2B deals across five continents.

Beyond its own slate, Desert Bloom serves as the global business arm for a roster of marquee international IP studios, including Saudi Arabia's Telfaz 11, Indonesia's Rec Media, and Korea's 21 Studios — positioning the company as a connective hub between Hollywood, Korea, and the next generation of global content powerhouses. Southeast Asia is a core pillar of that strategy, with a multi-title co-production slate underway with Rec Media and a Singapore-based Asia Distribution Hub JV in development.

Founder and CEO Jennice Lee is a 15-year veteran producer whose credits include Along with the Gods 1 & 2, Ashfall, Escape from Mogadishu, the US remake of Crash Landing on You, and Apple TV+'s The Big Door Prize. Co-CEO Hugh Cha leads the company's global partnerships, sales, and investment activity, and currently serves as Asia Representative for Telfaz 11. He was previously Head of Global Partnerships, Sales, and Strategy at Lotte Cultureworks.

Anchored in storytelling that travels, Desert Bloom develops projects built for the world stage.
