Since its launch in 2015, ILLREGALO has been building a full-cycle business around its character IP "Illrebear Friends" — from planning and production to merchandising and distribution.
Character IP Development & Licensing: Develops original character IPs with a shared universe, including Illrebear, Illreraccoon, and Raro. Collaborated with Hyundai Department Store on an IP licensing build-up project (2023).
Merchandise Production: Designs and produces a wide range of goods — plush dolls, embroidered pouches, keyrings, rugs, jibbitz, mouse pads, and stationery — sold both online (owned e-commerce site) and offline.
Offline Retail Network: Maintains ongoing partnerships with major bookstore and stationery chains nationwide, including Youngpoong Bookstore (Jongno, Gwangbok, Busan National University, Hadan, Mokpo Terminal) and Jongno Books (Jongno, Cheongna, Yongin, Daegu Raon).
Pop-up Stores & Offline Marketing: Operated multiple pop-up stores — including Sangsangmadang Busan, etc.
