OTHERSIDE is a directors' production company based in Seoul, South Korea. We aspire to deliver the stories overpowering the boundaries of commercial and arts.
In 2019, producer/director siblings co-founded the company. Since then, OTHERSIDE has worked with renowned global brands such as Volvo, Samchully, Yanolja, Pfizer, DORCO, JTBC and built the reputation of a small but unique boutique production house. OTHERSIDE constantly tries to break the barriers of the visual genre conventions, and in 2021, won the Commercial of the Year award in South Korea with the Pfizer Korea's neuropathic pain awareness documentary <Listen to your pain>. In 2023, OTHERSIDE is finally taking on the international film market with its first original documentary IP <Inventing SoHyeon>, a magical story about a dream of a young South Korean actress determined to shine bright in the K-entertainment industry.
