We are a company that provides language courses in Korean, English, and other foreign languages, as well as customer service (CS) and various certification courses, targeting Vietnamese learners. We offer both online and offline lecture services.
Business Description
Established as a corporation in April 2023, we opened our office in Hanoi, Vietnam, in September 2023. Currently, through KONTOPIK.COM, we provide online real-time lectures and video-on-demand (VOD) services, as well as offline classes, focusing on Korean language (TOPIK) and customer service (CS) courses. As of November 2023, we have employed two Koreans, one locally hired Korean, and five Vietnamese staff.
We have signed content supply agreements and memoranda of understanding (MOUs) with Korean companies such as ECK, TOPIK KOREA, and Samyoung Accounting Corporation, covering content provision, facility support, and investment.
In Vietnam, we have established partnerships with IT companies like NETKO, V-TOPIK, GRIT-EDUCATION, FLY Communication, Clever ad., among others. These collaborations involve education service provision, business delegation, and marketing planning activities.
