A Time for Dogs and Cats

It was a 'wild dog' in the beginning. In the spring of 2017, there were lots of news about wild dogs in the city. In the urban redevelopment area, people abandoned their dogs as they left, and the dogs that lost their owners went up to the mountain and became a herd of wild dogs. It sounds wield, so the director visited the village in Daldongne, Baeksa Village, Seoul. The village, which is half empty going through a difficult times with wandering dogs and dogs tied with one meter leash. Can humans and animals be happy together in a city? The camera captures the entire year of searching for the answer, and at the end of the journey, a beautiful concert is held to console the weary lives on the road.
