Summary

This is a comic book for elementary and middle school students and the general public, centered on the Jeju 4·3.
It has been 11 years since the Jeju 4·3 Peace Literature Award was established. This comic book is a new compilation of six award-winning works that help understand the Jeju 4·3, along with six stories, all presented through storytelling.
This comic book was drawn by a painter, not a comic artist. Its colors are beautiful, and the illustrations are symbolic.
You can view it like a single painting, capturing a sad and gloomy story with restrained, refined colors.
Moreover, reading the award-winning works (poems), which may have felt difficult before, alongside the stories will make them easier to understand and leave you with a deeper emotional impact.
