Summary
On the day of his final match before his pro debut, high school baseball prodigy Dan Kim heads home to his family—the Buddhist monk who raised him and his younger sister. Instead, he arrives to find the monk collapsed and a mysterious, cloaked figure standing over him. Believing the stranger is the attacker, Dan swings his baseball bat in fury.
But the stranger retaliates, and a blinding flash of light transports Dan into a massive, eerie cavern in a strange fantasy world. Trapped in the pitch-black cave and facing certain death, Dan suddenly awakens a colossal, dormant goblin (Dokkaebi) spirit within himself.
Arming himself with a baseball bat engraved with mystical runes, Dan slays the monsters in his path. Now, to find a way back home and unmask the mysterious assailant who sent him here, Dan’s epic journey wielding the power of the goblin begins!
