Summary

Min-Chul returns home from abroad to take the reins of his father’s powerful yet morally questionable music empire, Victory Records, only to find that nothing in his fractured family has changed. His younger sister, Min-Ji, continues to struggle with emotional isolation, while the unwelcomed presence of his stepbrother, Sun-Jae, and his stepmother deepens the tension in the family.

Upon his return, Min-Chul crosses paths with Yeon-Soo, a kindhearted and resilient part-time employee at the record shop. Drawn by her warmth and talent in art, Min-Chul hires Yeon-Soo as Min-Ji’s tutor and it sparks a complex love triangle between Min-Chul, Yeon-Soo, and Sun-Jae as Sun-Jae harbors unresolved feelings for Yeon-Soo from a brief encounter the two shared in their youth at the orphanage. Meanwhile, driven by her relentless ambition to become a pop star, Sena grows distant from Yeon-soo and begins to fall for Sun-jae.

As the emotional storm brews, long-buried family secrets begin to surface, casting dark shadows over everyone. Just when it seems that Yeon-soo and Min-chul have finally found solace in each other, their love is tested by tragedy as Yeon-soo is diagnosed with a terminal illness. Entangled in lies, hatred, greed, passion and love, will the four find the light to claim their beautiful days?
