Jeong Man-chun, the so-called "Joker Murder Case" culprit, applies for a jury trial. However, his innocence claim gets ignored. After the trial, Man-chun is killed, and the members of the jury are killed one by one. With the discovery of new evidence, Man-chun's testimony turns out to be true. Ryu Sung-jun, a competent homicide squad detective, is suspected as the real culprit. To vindicate, he searches for the real culprit with his brother Sung-hoon and the jury member Eun-gi.
