Set in the year 2024, Blue Eye, the latest feature novel by up-and-coming literary talent Yi Ki-won, is a narrative set in the vastness of Africa. The novel explores the complex relationship between humans, nature, and animals, and is a deeply emotional and thought-provoking story.

The main characters are “I,” a man who explores the meaning of life by recalling his past, and “Blueeye,” a lonely lekaon struggling to survive, whose stories intersect with each other. The two narratives act as a metaphor for each other, exploring human nature, the meaning of life, and the possibility of love and solidarity. Through them, the artist conveys a message of love and hope that can be rebooted.
