Summary
The story starts when Marin and his family go to move to the big city, but the Turtle Movers accidentally drop them off in the wrong town, QuaQua. In this friendly and wonderful underwater village, submarines live in harmony with the environment. Our five year old Marin soon meets new friends and warm-hearted neighbors, and convinces his parents to stay in QuaQua.
