Summary
Since the passage of the corporal punishment ban in 2011, the erosion of teacher authority and the collapse of classrooms had become increasingly critical issues. But one fateful day, a teacher is tragically killed during class, assaulted by a student. This shocking event forces the government to confront the disastrous state of education. In response, the National Assembly and the Ministry of Education pass the Teacher Protection Act and establish the Teacher Protection Bureau.
