Since the passage of the corporal punishment ban in 2011, the erosion of teacher authority and the collapse of classrooms had become increasingly critical issues. But one fateful day, a teacher is tragically killed during class, assaulted by a student. This shocking event forces the government to confront the disastrous state of education.
