plantica is a flower creative studio founded in Tokyo in 2008 by floral artist Takashi Kimura, and a premium floral pattern IP built entirely from real flowers.
These are not illustrated florals. Every pattern begins with live flowers arranged in-studio and captured at ultra-high resolution, then digitally recomposed. The texture of each petal, its moisture, and the way light passes through it all survive into the final artwork - a density and color depth that vector patterns and stock imagery cannot reproduce.
The library holds 991 patterns across 30 series, including Kaleidoscope, Botanica, Carpet and Deeper. Each series is organized by motif structure and colorway, so a curated selection can be proposed immediately against a brand's seasonal concept and palette.
Applications span fashion (apparel, scarves, bags, accessories), living (bedding, rugs, wallpaper, tile, tableware), beauty and F&B packaging, retail environmental graphics, large-format art walls and
