Summary
Gwang-hun was a world champion boxer until an assault scandal ended his career. Now he scrapes by running Hit Up For You, an online revenge platform, and moves back to his childhood neighborhood with his younger brother Jin-yeong, a beat cop.
Their new building, Somang Villa, changes them. Gwang-hun awakens superhuman strength and accidentally kills a client's target — the son of Assemblyman Ki Cheol-ung, who buries the crime and forces Gwang-hun to hunt a serial killer terrorizing the district. Overnight, a murderer becomes a national hero.
Then Jin-yeong's entire precinct is slaughtered. He awakens too — a third eye that sees sin — and begins executing the guilty across Seoul. As more awakened rise and the city burns, the state orders Gwang-hun to kill his own brother.
