Summary
In a dystopian South Korea where the Juvenile Act has been abolished, a new institution called the "Reformation Center" is established to rehabilitate young offenders.
Min-soo, a boy falsely accused of murder, is sent to one of these centers—only to discover it’s a hellish place where no one escapes by normal means.
His older brother, Yoo-sung, infiltrates the facility as a guard to save Min-soo.
Together, the two brothers wage a desperate battle for survival and escape, standing up against a twisted system disguised as justice.
