Turning, Welcome to the City

"As Gregor Samsa awoke one morning from uneasy dreams, he found himself transformed in his bed into a gigantic insect." The first line of 'The Metamorphosis' by Franz Kafka. Turning #23 awakes one morning, like the main character in 'The moetaphosis.' <Turning, Welcome to the City> tells the story of humans who experienced the end of the world due to a virus. Those who experienced the end did not change As they rebuilt and settled into the city, the fear of the virus quickly disappeared, replaced by comfort. And beyond the city wall, there are "Turning", where monster become human. Turning #23, who turned into a human from a monster enters the human city to live with his 'real' family as one of them. Little did he know how much hardship and adversity the decision would entail. The goal of "living as human," that one short line. Like <The Walking Dead> talks about mankind through zombies, like <The Game of Thrones> talks about mankind through fantasy.
'Turning' represent about us. It may seem like reality is hellish, but within it, we live our story, timidly yet relentlessly continuing our resistance for good.
